Black Mission Figs (Organic)

Black Figs are small and dense with velvety skin and sweet pink flesh. They’re a great fig to grill, naked or wrapped in pancetta slices. Roast and place on pizza, sliver and sauté with shallots, then toss with goat or blue cheese crumbles. These are also the most frequently used fig for drying.
