Flounder

Flounder is a lean and flaky white fish packing a ton of protein into each serving. The flavor profile is sweet and mild and pairs well with many different sides such as your traditional vegetables, potatoes, and rice. This species of fish is responsibly-harvested to ensure its longevity along the coast of New England is long-lasting. Our favorite recipe is garlic and parmesan-crusted flounder served with a side of homemade pasta.
