Smoked & Brined Boneless Ham

A gorgeous smoked ham is a great addition or alternative for your holiday feast. Smaller than a turkey, this ham is a great way to feel festive without too much extra meat around–though if you do end up with leftovers, it makes for excellent sandwiches! The ham is pasture-raised in upstate New York without antibiotics, hormones, or GMOS. It will be smoked with all natural ingredients. No added nitrates or nitrites except for those occurring naturally.
