Lion’s Mane Mushrooms (Organic)

These peculiar white mushrooms are sometimes called pom poms and we can see why! With a taste often compared to lobster or crab, this meaty mushroom is amazing sauteed in butter. It’s even known to repair damaged nerves! Research has shown that the Lion’s Mane contains natural properties known as erinacines, which may promote nerve growth. Add to risotto, saute with white wine and parsley or add to a stir fry.
