Grown organically and locally in Pennsylvania, this early season selection of summer squash could include green and yellow zucchini, gold bar, Bossa Nova, Cousa Magda, Costata Romanesco, and/or other varieties. Try a mixed grill, a zucchini stir fry, or steam and use as the base for your favorite sauce, like a quick heirloom cherry tomato and garlic sauce.
