Valencia Oranges

These sweet oranges are super juicy without being too acidic which makes them perfect for juices or snacking. Eat out of hand; bake into lemon and orange pound cake; save and candy the peels; squeeze into a wheat beer for a homemade shandy; toss with walnuts in parsley and cress salad.
