Fresh Pizza Dough

Make your own pizza at home! It’s easier than you think! Just stretch out Spriana’s dough and add your favorite toppings from traditional red sauce or pesto to something outside the box! Think dessert toppings, alfredo, or even no sauce at all!

Comes in 2 – 7oz portions

HANDLING SUGGESTIONS:

1. Thaw the dough overnight in the refrigerator.
2. Lightly sprinkle semolina on the bottom of a dough tray or sheet pan. Place the dough on the tray.
3. Cover with plastic wrap or a lid.
4. Proof the dough at room temperature until it almost doubles in size.
5. Roll, press or hand stretch dough to desired size.
6. Top and bake!
